What a wonderful find for my family. Absolutely the best sourdough bread I have had in a long, long time. Also bought some fudge which is far better than homemade. My wife raved how it was so special. She named every quality ingredient remembering her grandmother's best recipe. Very special place.

Traveling through on a trip touring southern New Mexico. Proofed had the best bread and sticky buns not only of the trip, but ranking right up there with any bakery. Loved the apricot/nut especially, but regular sour dough and sticky buns are a treat. Bravo and keep on baking!
